Ja använder de lite att färglägga stämplar... men är inte så duktig å gör de inte så mycket. Men nu har ju Tim Holtz kommit med sina... å de är lite annorlunda...

Vi har Copics i skolan på våra grafisk design-lektioner, dom är riktigt bra men fastnar lätt på bord osv så var försiktig om du har papper som det lätt går igenom på ;) det brukar inte vara så fint på våra bord när vi har suttit och bara lekt..

Jag använder mig av copic markers (har ca 120 st nu...aww yeah!) o dom är helt GRYMT UNDERBARA jämfört med promarkers o tria! Ialla fall SKETCH-varianten (köp för guds skull inte copic orginal!!) . "bläcket" är däramot bättre i promarkers (tycker jag) eftersom det alltid är jämntjockt. Du kommer märka att tex svart (110) är lite "fet" o kladdar lätt i copic. yeah i aked you that a few month ago : D because i work alot with copic! i have also much promarkers but i was too much in love with the copic sketch :) love to work with the long tip! its so easy to blend the colours! its just stupid to find a good paper for markers.. i have already over 100 of them. im addict : D how do you find them?

First of all, I need to point that your works are amazing no matter what media you use. Personally I don't like ProMarkers, but you really bring the colors alive. I respect your work and I'm not even nearly as advanced artist as you are. However, I hope you don't mind me commenting 'bout Copics.



Yeah, I work a lot with Copics. When I started I wasn't that good at drawing in the first place, but now after a couple years I feel like I'm progressing. I've been a Copic presenter/specialist for a Finnish art company and hoping to get certification as well. Copics are very durable, not only b/c you can refill them, but also the tips are very good and Copics don't dry even if you don't touch them for a year. I'm looking forward to see your C artwork!



PS: I'm going for a trip to Stockholm this week, and I'd really want to visit good (and possibly inexpensive) art supply store. I'd like to compare the marker prices and possibly buy a Tria or two. Do you have any tips for me? Thanks!

Neva, är sketch varianten jag köpt som tur är ^^ shit 120 stycken, det är helt galet många dude! Vad är största skillnaden mellan tria och copic? Då jag kikat på dom lite snabbt ser jag ingen större skillnad förutom att den bredaste spetsen är smalare på copic?



Hanny Honeymoon, have you tried tria? Those pens also have a long more flexible tip. Are pretty curious on how those tips compares to each other. Have not tried the copics yet but are looking forward to try them out and compare them :)



Laura L, thank you for your long answer! The thing that they don't dry out that easily sounds great. It's so frustrating when markers i've only used once are dried out when I need them cause it's too long since i bought them :P Sorry, I have no idea about the art stores in Stockholm, have never bought artmaterials there.

I have heard about two stores named Kreatima and Matton in Stockholm that are supposed to be big stores, but have never been there so don't know how much markers they got :/

oooh copics pen envy I'm looking forward to seeing your review on them, not that I can afford to go out & copics though hehe.

I have some prismacolor markers but find they run more and the colours are kind of muddy compared to other brands. Also used Touch Twin markers that are meant to be like copics but couldn't get on with them at all.

Sarah, it's a djungle with all the markers. Are pretty curious on Pantones markers too, really want to try them.. but one kind at a time ^^

Älskar mina triamarkers, men var tvungen och hitta något annat också efter som nästan alla slutade sälja triamarkers här i Danmark och man inte längre kunde få tag i refill. Så jag provade copic och ja dom är ju lite annorlunda och lite mjukare vilket jag inte riktigt vet om det är bra eller dåligt. Jag gillar dom men det känns väl lite ovant bara. Och färgerna är kanske inte lika starka. Men är väldigt jämna när man blendar ihop färger. Me like ^.^

Rimna, åh jag gillar mina stalkers <3 Jag tror copics och pro är lite för långt ifrån varandra för att kunna jämföra, tria och copics verkar ligga varandra närmare efter vad jag kan se på spetsarna :)



Annelie, ja de verkar ganska mjuka då jag småtestat dom, tyvärr tog min helg slut för snabbt så jag hann aldrig använda dom ordentligt. Stör mig liiite på designen på pennorna, men det är ju en sekundär grej, huvudsaken de kan göra det man vill ^^

I do only use copics, tried tria and other kinds but didn't like them.

but its all because of the brush-mine just ciao and sketch have, i cant work without them.

but as it seems, u found a way and did gret works without them ;D
